Serving the Covington community for over 35 years, The Waters of Covington offers private and semi-private accommodations to give our residents the opportunity to personalize their surroundings with cherished mementos and favorite possessions from home. We offer private suites which allow husbands and wives to continue to live together. The building layout provides a comfortable and secure environment with easy accessibility. Our daily routine includes a variety of both group and leisure activities and outings on our facility van.
The Waters of Covington is more than a long-term care facility. With 119 dually certified beds, we have an excellent return-to-home rate with residents in our Rehab-to-Home program.
The Waters of Covington is constantly upgrading the physical plant amenities. Our goal is to provide a home-like setting for our residents, while maintaining a professional skilled nursing/rehab environment. We encourage our residents and families to bring in personal items from home to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Tucked in the charm of Covington, Indiana and on the banks of the Wabash River, The Waters of Covington is conveniently located 1.5 miles from I-74 just outside the downtown area of Covington.
